Parents in the dark over another school assault case
The police department of Easton was notified of the assault, which began in the wee hours of July 1 with a call to 911.
When police arrived, the parents told them “a fight had broken out between the girls and their classmates,” said Westmoreland.
The teens are charged with first-degree assault, malicious sexual contact with a child under 16, unlawful restraint of a child under 16 and use of violence. It is unclear whether any of the other charges are related.

The incident occurred in the Easton Public School, a former private preschool. According to an incident report, the boys made remarks at the junior high students, one of which made comments about how they wanted “momma’s blood in her pudding” over the fight.

The boys had been previously enrolled in Easton, and were placed in the same elementary school by their family, the reported victim said.
