Robert D. (Bob) Fatovic is Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Ryder System, Inc., a Fortune 500 global transportation and supply chain management solutions company. In this role, Mr. Fatovic oversees the Company`s legal functions and, as Corporate Secretary, coordinates all functions related to the Company`s Board of Directors. He is also responsible for Ryder`s safety, health and safety organization, corporate compliance group, government affairs and environment department. Mr. Fatovic is a member of Ryder`s management team. Mr. Fatovic joined Ryder in 1994 as the Division`s Associate Counsel and has held several positions of increasing responsibility within the Legal Department. He became Assistant Counsel for the Division in 1996 and was promoted to Senior Counsel the same year. He then served as General Counsel for Ryder`s logistics company. He then became Senior Vice President and Assistant General Counsel.

In this role, he was the Chief Operating Officer for Ryder, working on all aspects of the domestic and international supply chain, as well as legal support for Ryder`s e-commerce and other technology initiatives. Previously, Ms. Ryder served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Nexstar from November 2013 to January 2017, Secretary since January 2013 and Vice President and General Counsel from May 2009 to November 2013. Prior to joining Nexstar, Ms. Ryder was Vice President of Legal Affairs at First Broadcasting Operating, Inc. Previously, Ms. Ryder was an associate at the law firm of Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP in Washington, D.C. In 2002, Mr. Fatovic has been appointed Senior Vice President, U.S. Supply Chain Operations, High-Tech and Consumer Industries. In this role, he was responsible for the company`s U.S. supply chain activities for these vertical industries.

He was also a member of Ryder`s Supply Chain Solutions Margin Improvement team and Supply Chain Solutions Transformation team. Ms. Ryder holds a J.D. from George Washington University School of Law. Prior to joining Ryder, Mr. Fatovic was a partner at Hannoch Weisman, PC, a New Jersey-based law firm, where he specialized in litigation and environmental law. Elizabeth Ryder is Secretary of the Board of Directors of Nexstar. From January 2017 to June 2022, she served as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Nexstar. Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary Ryder System, Inc. Mr. Fatovic holds a law degree from Boston College Law School and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Boston College`s Carroll School of Management.

Mr. Fatovic is a member of the Board of Directors of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, United Way of Miami-Dade and Easter Seals South Florida. In 2005, he led the United Way of Ryder fundraising campaign.
